Please don’t refuse a delivery. Unfortunately, refused deliveries will incur a cost of the original delivery plus the return cost. Any refund made will be minus the total delivery and return cost in the case of refused deliveries.
In some cases, order processing might get delayed for the following reasons:
- Billing and/or shipping addresses errors.
- Order is pending a credit approval and verification.
- An order is shipped to remote country.

- Carrier backlogs
- A product is currently out of stock
We try our best to get deliveries out to you on time, but sometimes international deliveries can take longer than expected.
HASSLE-FREE RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Please note, all items must be in the original packaged condition in order for us to accept your return. If your order is returned to us without all of the original packaging, your exchange or refund will not be processed. Whether you're looking to return your product for a full refund / exchange it, the shipping costs are supported by you.
Notes:
- Delivery fees are not eligible for refunds.
- Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
- Late returns shipped beyond 14 days from receipt will not be collected and will return back to you.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
- Send us a few pictures of the item(s) at support@revenno.com and explain the reason of the return / exchange as detailed as possible. Please insert your order number in the email subject.
- Our team will send you via email the return address. Once you receive the return address, please ship the item(s) via a courier of your choice within 14 days of receiving the product. We require tracking number for the return, as lost in return items are not eligible for reimbursements.
- Once the item is returned to our warehouse we will issue a refund. It may take up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
